All merchandise on this site, including cotton and fleece fabric, is sold on a satisfaction guaranteed basis.
Refund Policy:
We pledge to you the best service we can provide and personal attention for
every order you place. We will always attempt to give you the fastest
delivery possible and the best values. If you are not satisfied with your
order, just return your order within 21 days from the date of delivery to you
and we will refund 100% of the cost of the order. If you choose to return
your product for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping
to Fabric and Wood Ideas – Galena Bay Novelty Fabrics.
For a refund, returned products must be in new and unused/unworn condition
and accompanied by proof of the date of delivery to you. Absolutely no
refunds will be made for worn or used merchandise or returns later than 21 days
from the date of delivery to you. We are not responsible for any returns
lost, damaged or destroyed in shipment. If you do not choose to return all
merchandise with appropriate shipping documentation and insurance, you accept
responsibility.
Please note that there is no return of cut lengths of fabric unless the
fabric is flawed or damaged in any way. We will gladly issue a credit for
the cost of any fabric that is flawed or damaged as well as the cost of return
shipping.
Prices:
All prices for the products available on our web site are quoted in Canadian Dollars.
We accept payment in Canadian and US currencies.

Your privacy is very important to us and we want to ensure you
that we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. The
contact information you provide us with will be used to process your orders and
to allow us to communicate with you. For accounting purposes we will also
contact you to confirm receipt of your order.
