All merchandise on this site, including cotton and fleece fabric, is sold on a satisfaction guaranteed basis.
Refund Policy:
We pledge to you the best service we can provide and personal attention for every order you place. We will always attempt to give you the fastest delivery possible and the best values.
For a refund, returned products must be in new and unused/unworn condition and accompanied by proof of the date of delivery to you. Absolutely no refunds will be made for worn or used merchandise or returns later than 21 days from the date of delivery to you. We are not responsible for any returns lost, damaged or destroyed in shipment. If you do not choose to return all merchandise with appropriate shipping documentation and insurance, you accept responsibility.
Please note that there is no return on cut lengths of fabric unless the fabric is flawed or damaged. We will gladly issue a credit for
the cost of any fabric that is flawed or damaged.
Prices:
All prices for the products available on our web site are quoted in Canadian Dollars.
We accept payment in Canadian and US currencies.

that we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. The
contact information you provide us with will be used to process your orders and
to allow us to communicate with you. For accounting purposes we will also
contact you to confirm receipt of your order.
